It has been very exciting for our team to have the chance of planning a project for Cimrin Construction on this very valuable parcel which is one of the last remaining empty plots in Alanya city center.

Close to Cleopatra beach, we aimed to create a living space within the city life but in the comfort and luxury  of a living complex. We applied smart home technologies and also high health and safety standards like a five star hotel.

Being a very central spot having everything in walking distance, still we designed the social areas of the complex isolated from the neigbourhood. It is is supposed to be an escape point from the chaos of the city. One bedroom apartments and two bedroom duplex penthouses have been carefully planned with optimum size for your comfort.
